This second milk workshop was a follow-up of the first milk workshop in Brussels, March 2008. The aim was to bring people from various backgrounds together, to discuss the possibility of producing a safe, non-pasteurized milk (product) with an allergy preventive effect, which might be tested in an intervention study and/or in animal models.
